Overview
LABO LB-T541 Z-direction Tensile Strength meter is used to measure the Z-direction Tensile Strength of test paper and Cardboard, that is, internal bond strength. Mainly used in sand tube paper, white Cardboard, box Cardboard, gray board paper, Kraft Paper, White Cardboard, parchment paper, copperboard and other multi-layer Cardboard, designed to obtain consistent strength throughout the width of the paper web during the production process according to customer requirements.
Features
1. High Accuracy Force Sensor, US Computer Chip High Speed Sampling Control, Stepper Motor and Precision Ball Screw Drive Ensure High Accuracy and repeatability
2. Fully automatic completion of pressing and sticking tape, pressing time and separating sample, reducing human error and improving Test accuracy
3. LCD Chinese display, friendly man-machine interface operation, with test data statistical processing function, support printer printing and software connection to the host computer
4. Test speed, bonding pressure, pressurization time, etc. can be changed to facilitate schools and R & D institutions to conduct scientific experiments
5. Easy to remove the upper and lower indenter, easy to clean the adhesive tape residue and connect the standard Sensor for force value calibrating
Principle
The instrument applies pressure after contacting the sample with the upper indenter through the lower indenter. After reaching the set bonding pressure value, it remains until the end of the pressurization time. Then, the lower indenter moves down the test until the sample is separated. After completing the test, it automatically returns to the starting position and reads the results.
Applications
Sandpipe Paper, White Cardboard, Box Cardboard, Greyboard Paper, Kraft Paper, White Cardboard, Parchment Paper, Copperboard and other multi-layer Cardboard
Standards
GB/T31110-2014、ISO15754、TAPPI T541
Steps
1. Evenly cut (50 × 50) mm square specimens from samples with sampling equipment
2. Paste double-sided tape on the front and back sides of the sample respectively
3. Tear off the other two sides of the tape and place the sample in the center of the lower indenter
4. Start the instrument, the lower indenter starts to rise, and pressure is applied after contacting the upper indenter with the sample
5. After the pressure reaches the set value, stop and maintain it until the end of the pressurization time
6. The lower pressure head begins to move down the test until the sample is separated
7. After completing the test, the lower indenter will automatically return to the starting position and read the measurement result
