Overview
The Flake Burst Tester is a LABO brand model 16032 test equipment, mainly used to test the bursting performance of various Tobacco flakes, Corrugated Boards, cardboard, Spinning & weaving products and high Burst Strength materials. The instrument consists of a built-in measurement and control system and an LCD touch screen to display Burst Strength Linear dispersion and test results.

7.8-Inch large-screen LCD touch display measurement and control system, bilingual display in Chinese and English.
8. Sample automatic induction test (fully automatic), test results are calculated, printed and displayed Burst Strength Linear dispersion.
9. Sample information and test information can be input by yourself, and the test result output: WIFI or RS232.
Principle
Burst Tester works according to the Mullen test principle: silicone oil is injected into the film through a piston, the film bulges deform the sample, the pressure increases, and the final sample breaks. The maximum pressure applied is the Burst Strength of the sample. The instrument is designed to meet the requirements of testing standards such as paper, Cardboard, Corrugated Board, aluminum foil, and Spinning & weaving products.

Steps
1. Sample automatic sensing test (fully automatic).

4. Test result output: upload via WIFI or RS232.
Notice
• For materials with Burst Strength below 600kPa, 16031 model is recommended.
• Prevent silicone oil splashing when your hands are placed in the chuck during testing, causing personal injury and film rupture.
• Gas source pressure: (0.6~ 0.8) MPa, gas source user-provided.
• Power supply voltage: AC100-240V 50/60Hz 0.5A, should be reliably grounded.
