The HBO HC-200 Coating thickness gauge is the magnetic eddy current dual-function Portable instrument in the HC series. It uses a split structure and is equipped with F Probe and N Probe to quickly and nondestructive measurement of nonmagnetic Coating thickness on magnetic metal substrates and nonconductive Coating thickness on nonmagnetic metal substrates. The instrument features a full Chinese Operating interface, easy operation, and powerful data management capabilities, including five data statistics, 500 reading storage, and the ability to freely delete data.
1, using magnetic and eddy current double thickness measurement method, suitable for two kinds of substrate coating measurement. 2. It has both direct and group working methods. 3. Measurement mode of continuous measurement and single measurement. 4. Measured values can be stored. 5. There are five statistics: average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, number of tests, and Standard Deviation. 6. Two calibration methods are used, and the basic calibrating method can be used to correct the system error of the probe. 7. With power undervoltage indication function. 8. With deletion function, it can delete a single suspicious data or all stored data. 9. It can set boundaries and automatically alarm, allowing data to be analyzed using histograms. 10, with printing function, can print Measured value, statistical value, limit and histogram. 11. It has the ability to communicate with a PC to transmit data for further processing. 12. There is a beep prompt during the operation. 13. It has an error prompt function through the screen or beep. 14. Equipped with manual and automatic shutdown modes.
HC-200 Coating thickness gauge works based on two physical principles: magnetic Induction and eddy Current. For nonmagnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates, the magnetic (magnetic Induction) method is used for measurement; for nonconductive coatings on nonmagnetic metal substrates, the eddy current (eddy Current) method is used for measurement, so as to achieve fast nondestructive thickness detection.

1. Connect the Probe of the instrument. 2. Place the Probe in an open space and press the power button to turn it on. 3. Check the battery voltage of the instrument. 4. Measured values before the last shutdown are usually displayed after booting. 5. Decide whether to professionally calibrate as needed. 6. During measurement, quickly contact the Probe vertically with the test surface and press the positioning sleeve lightly. After hearing the sound, read the screen display value, and pull up the Probe for the next measurement. 7. The shutdown can be done by automatically shutting down (after about 2 to 5 minutes without operation) or manually pressing the power button to shut down immediately.
• Make sure that the Probe is in vertical contact with the test surface during measurement. • Choose the correct Probe (F Probe or N Probe) depending on the type of measurement substrate (magnetic or nonmagnetic). • Note that the working Ambient Temperature of the instrument is 0~ 40 ℃, and the relative humidity is 20~ 90% RH. • Check the battery voltage before measurement to avoid undervoltage affecting measurement. • Professional operation is required when calibrating. • Note the minimum measurement surface requirements: F Probe is φ 7mm, N Probe is φ 5mm. • Pay attention to the minimum radius of curvature requirements: 1.5mm for the convex surface and 3mm for the concave surface. • Note the requirements for the thinnest substrate: F Probe is 0.5mm, N Probe is 0.3mm.
[A] No, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others.
