Overview
The FR-108 desktop Touchscreen Universal Testing Machine is an economical single-column electronic UTM with simple structure and easy operation, which can be used on a workbench. Using an electronic Control system, the motor is controlled by the governor to drive the ball screw to drive the Sensor to complete the tensile or compression test. The force value is displayed by the output of the Sensor, and the Test speed is displayed in real time. Especially suitable for production line quality control, suitable for Non-metallic and metal material testing within 1000N of load.

Principle
The electronic Control system is used to control the rotation of the speed regulating motor through the governor, and then the ball screw pair is decelerated by the variable speed mechanical mechanism to drive the load sensor to rise and fall to complete the sample tensile or compression test. The force value is output by the Sensor feedback display, and the Test speed is displayed in real time.
