Overview
The Bante520 Portable Conductivity Meter is a standard Portable Conductivity Meter with 1 to 3 point button calibrating for setting Electrode Constant and temperature compensation. The meter is suitable for outdoor measurement of liquid conductivity. Measurement accuracy is 0.5% F.S.
Features
1. Standard Portable Conductivity Meter with large LCD screen.
2.1 to 3 point button calibrated to automatically identify Conductivity detector standard solution.
3. Optional Electrode constant (0.1/1/10), standardized temperature (20 or 25 ° C), linear/nonlinear and pure water temperature compensation mode.
4. Automatic temperature compensation to ensure accurate measurement within the full range.
5. Automatic end point lock, keep stable Measured value for easy browsing or recording.
6. The system menu can customize 10 function parameters such as the number of calibrated points, temperature unit, data locking mode, and automatic shutdown.
7. One-click reset (Reset) automatically restores the meter to the factory default settings.
8. Extended memory can store up to 100 sets of measurement data.
9. USB Communication interface sends stored data to PC.
10. Multi-mode power supply solution (battery, Power Adapter, USB port of computer) to ensure smooth application of the instrument.
Principle
Conductivity detector Electrode measurement of liquid conductivity, combined with temperature compensation function automatically adjusts the Measured value to ensure accuracy under different temperature conditions. Support manual or automatic temperature compensation mode, as well as linear, nonlinear or pure water compensation mode.
Applications
Water quality monitoring, geological and ecological research, chilled down tower and boiler water, printing industry, swimming pools and spas, agriculture and aquaculture, aquariums, educational applications
Steps
1. Turn on the meter power.
2. Select Electrode constant and temperature compensation mode as needed.
3. Perform 1 to 3 point button calibrating to automatically identify the standard liquid.
4. Immerse the Electrode in the liquid to be tested.
5. The meter automatically measures and displays the conductivity value, and can choose manual or automatic end point locking.
6. Data can be stored or transferred to a computer via a USB interface.
Notice
• Make sure the Electrode and Temperature Probe are properly connected before use.
• Conductivity detector standards specified should be used when calibrating.
• Avoid operating in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments.
• Regularly check the battery level to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Memory capacity when storing data and export data in time.
• Electrode cleaning after use to prevent contamination from affecting the next measurement.
