The AMITTARI AR-132A surface roughness instrument is a liquid crystal digital display portable measuring instrument, mainly used for the production of surface roughness of field-tested machined parts. The instrument uses a High Accuracy Sensor, with a measurement radius of 10 μm, a material of diamond, and a force measurement of 16mN. The measurement results are clearly displayed through an LCD display and powered by a lithium battery, which is convenient for outdoor use.
1. Multi-Parameter measurement: support Ra, Rz, Rq, Rt parameters 2. High Accuracy Inductance Sensor 3. Automatic shutdown function 4. Metric to British conversion function 5. Use USB data cable output to communicate with PC 6. Provide Bluetooth data output selection 7. Built-in lithium-ion rechargeable battery and charging control circuit, high capacity 8. Mechatronics design, small size, light weight, easy to use
The AR-132A surface roughness instrument performs contact measurement on the measured surface through the High Accuracy Sensor. The Sensor uses diamond material to move on the surface with 16mN force measurement to collect asperity data. The measurement data is displayed on the LCD display after internal processing and can be output through the USB or Bluetooth interface.

1. Power Supply Switch On Instrument 2. Set the sampling length by selecting the sampling length key 3. Use the parameter selection key to select Measurement parameters 4. Contact the Sensor with the Tested Surface 5. Press the measurement button for measurement 6. Read measurement results through the display 7. Use the Up/Store key or Down/Browse key to view or store data 8. Data management via the Delete/Menu key 9. Use the calibrate key to calibrate the instrument
* Ensure Sensor cleanliness to avoid contamination affecting Measurement accuracy * Keep Sensor in vertical contact with the measured surface during measurement * Select the appropriate sampling length based on the surface characteristics to be measured * Regularly use the calibrate key to calibrate the instrument * Avoid use in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments * Turn off the power in time after use to save battery power Make sure the USB or Bluetooth connection is stable during data transfer
