The AMITTARI AR-132C surface roughness instrument is a Portable precision Roughness Gauge for the measurement of surface roughness of objects with an Accuracy of no more than +/- 15%. The Sensor adopts the Inductance Working Principle of diamond materials, and the Measurement Angles is 90 degrees. The instrument complies with the national standard GB-T6062 and the four standards of ISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS. It is suitable for the measurement of surface roughness of various machined parts on the production site, and can calculate parameters according to selected conditions and display them clearly on the LCD.

When measuring the surface roughness of the workpiece, the Sensor is placed on the surface of the workpiece to be measured, and the internal driving mechanism drives the Sensor to slide along the measured surface at a constant speed. The Sensor senses the asperity through the built-in sharp stylus, and the displacement of the stylus changes the Inductance of the Sensor Inductance coil, and generates an analog signal proportional to the measured surface roughness at the output end of the phase-sensitive rectifier. The signal is amplified and level converted into the data collection system, and the DSP chip performs digital filtering and parameter calculation. The result is displayed on the liquid crystal display, and can communicate with the PC to realize Data analysis statistics and printing.
