Overview
QKL initial drying anti-crack tester is a special test equipment designed by JINGKELIAN according to the national standard GB9779-88. It is mainly used for the initial drying anti-crack test of architectural coatings and indoor and outdoor building putty. The test is carried out under the specified wind speed conditions, and the structure includes axial flow fan, test wind tunnel, test piece frame, air volume control device, Timer and anemometer and other components.
Features
1. Design in line with national standard GB/T 9779
2. Equipped with air volume control device to precisely control the wind speed
3. Built-in Timer, with a delay range of 0.01 seconds to 99 hours and 99 minutes
4. Integrated anemometer to monitor wind speed in real time
5. Dedicated to drying crack test of architectural coatings and putty
Principle
A test plate rack parallel to the direction of air flow is set up in the wind tunnel. After starting the axial flow fan, the wind speed is controlled within the range of 3 +/- 0.3m/s through the air volume control device. The scraped test plate is placed on the test plate rack in the wind tunnel, and the drying control time is set according to the product standard requirements. After the time reaches, the equipment automatically stops, and the surface of the eye test plate is checked for crazing.
Applications
Architectural coatings, indoor and outdoor construction putty
Steps
1. Start the axial fan
2. Adjust the wind speed to 3 +/- 0.3m/s using the air volume control device
3. Place the scraped test plate on the wind tunnel test plate rack
4. Set drying control time according to product standard
5. Wait for the equipment to shut down automatically
6. Test board surface inspection crazing
Notice
• Ensure that the wind speed is controlled within the specified range before use
• Set drying time in strict accordance with product standard requirements
• The observation conditions should be consistent during visual inspection
• Regularly calibrate anemometer and Timer
• Pay attention to the safe operation of the equipment during operation
