Overview
The Defelsko PosiTector 6000 Coating thickness gauge is a nondestructive testing instrument produced by Defelsko in the United States, dedicated to high thickness coating measurement. The Probe is made of wear-resistant aluminum alloy with braided cable, which is suitable for high temperature and rough surfaces. The instrument is designed with a split structure and is externally connected to the Probe, which can extend the cable length for remote measurement. This model is an advanced host with color Touchscreen, real-time fluctuation map and Bluetooth wireless transmission function.
Features
1. Probe is made of wear-resistant aluminum alloy with braided cable, suitable for high temperature and rough surface coating measurement.
2. split structure design, external Probe, can expand the cable length for remote measurement.
3. The advanced console is equipped with a 2.8-inch color Touchscreen and real-time fluctuation chart function.
4. Support Bluetooth wireless transmission and USB interface for easy data transmission.
5. With statistical functions, including measurement times, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average and Standard Deviation.
6. Large data storage capacity, can store 250,000 Measured values and 1000 packets.
7. The system supports Chinese and English languages.
Principle
The PosiTector 6000 Coating thickness gauge uses magnetic Induction and eddy Current principles for nondestructive measurement. Coating thickness is measured by an external Probe for high thickness coating applications.

8. Storage and management of measurement data.
Notice
• Measurement range and error range are determined by Probe and operate according to specific Probe specifications.
Make sure the Probe and cables are in good condition before use to avoid damage under extreme conditions.
• Periodically calibrate equipment with reference to Defelsko calibrated STDP7.
• The battery is a 3 * AAA alkaline battery, pay attention to replace it in time to prevent insufficient power.
• Pay attention to group management when storing data to avoid data loss.
• Follow relevant safety standards and guidelines when operating.
