Overview
BOZHEN BZ-5-12 integrated box type resistance furnace (box type muffle furnace) adopts an overall design, integrates the control box and the furnace body, and is easy to install. The product adopts industrial PID self-tuning control technology, is equipped with LCD wide window digital display, accurate and stable temperature control, with boot timing or temperature constant function, and has safety features such as fault sound and light alarm and automatic cutting off heating output.

1. Adopting integral structure design, the furnace body and the control box are integrated, with beautiful appearance and convenient installation.
2. The furnace shell is treated with a good cold plate and sprayed at high temperature, and the furnace tank is made of high aluminum liner, which is wear-resistant and high temperature-resistant.
3. The heating system adopts spiral heating elements wound with nickel-chrome wire, which are distributed on the upper, lower, left and right 4-sides of the furnace, and the heating is uniform.
4. Adopt PID adjustment microcomputer intelligent control system, liquid crystal display, high temperature control accuracy, effectively solve the problem of temperature overshoot.
5. With the function of setting the working time, it will automatically stop when the thermostatic time arrives.
6. Built-in secondary over-temperature protection device, with over-temperature alarm and over-temperature interruption function, safe and reliable.
7. The furnace is made of high aluminum, silicon carbide refractory materials, thermal insulation bricks, thermal insulation cotton and other multi-layer thermal insulation structures, with good thermal insulation effect.
Principle
The resistance furnace is adjusted by a microcomputer PID intelligent control system. After setting the target temperature, the system measures the temperature in the furnace through K-indexing Thermocouple, and compares with it. The PID algorithm controls the heating output power of solid-state relays and other electrical components by itself to achieve accurate and stable temperature control. The heating element (nickel-chrome wire) is energized to heat the furnace evenly. When the set temperature or thermostatic time is reached, the system can automatically stop working.

Steps
Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required operating temperature and thermostatic time through the controller.
3. Start the equipment, start heating, and the system automatically controls the temperature.
4. After reaching the set temperature, the device enters the thermostatic state and starts timing.
5. After the thermostatic time arrives, the device automatically stops or waits for manual shutdown.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Please check whether the power wiring is firm and reliable before turning it on.
Do not operate beyond the maximum temperature of the device (1200 ° C).
• During operation and just at the end, the furnace body is at high temperature, do not touch it, and beware of burns.
• When the equipment has an alarm such as overtemperature, it should be checked and troubleshooted in time.
When not in use for a long time, the power supply should be cut off.
When moving or maintaining, pay attention to the weight of the equipment (about 80kg).
