Overview
The GAOPIN NGP40-NH3 portable multi-function ammonia gas detector is used to quickly detect ammonia gas concentration and environment temperature and humidity measurement. If the measurement exceeds the limit, it will issue sound, light and vibration alarms. The detector uses a 2.31-inch high definition color screen real-time display, adopts a gas Sensor of good brands in the industry, and uses the principle of thermal conductivity detection. It is suitable for detecting gas concentration in pipelines or confined spaces, atmospheric environments, and gas leakage or high concentration single gas purity of various background gases as nitrogen or oxygen.

Principle
The NGP40-NH3 ammonia gas detector adopts the principle of thermal conductivity detection, and sucks the gas to be tested into the inside of the instrument through the built-in pump suction Sampling method. After the gas passes through the water vapor and dust Filter, it contacts the Sensor. The Sensor detects the ammonia concentration according to the change of thermal conductivity. Professional circuit design and mature kernel algorithm process the data, and finally displays the real-time concentration value on the screen, and triggers an alarm when the set limit is exceeded.

Steps
1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument.
2. Mode selection: Select real-time detection or timing detection mode through the menu.
3. Start detection: Start the built-in pump, the instrument starts sampling and displays real-time gas concentration, temperature and humidity and other information.
4. Data viewing: You can view the stored historical data, alarm records, calibrated logs, etc. on the machine.
5. Data export: Connect to the computer through the USB interface, upload data for analysis or printing.
6. Alarm settings: Enter the settings menu and set low alarm, high alarm, interval alarm or weighted average alarm mode and threshold according to requirements.
7. Shutdown: After the test is completed, turn off the pump to save power, and then press the power button to shut down.
Notice
• Do not charge or disassemble the instrument in hazardous areas (such as environments with explosive gases).
• Avoid strong impacts or vibrations on the instrument to prevent damage to internal Sensors and circuits.
• Regularly check and clean the Filter to ensure normal use in high humidity or high dust environment.
• Sensor life is 2~ 3 years, please pay attention to the Sensor life expiration reminder prompted by the instrument, and replace it in time.
• When performing concentration calibrating, please follow the operating instructions strictly. The instrument has the function of misoperation identification, but still need to be cautious.
• The instrument supports wide temperature operation, but it is recommended to pay attention to its performance when used for a long time in extreme temperature environments.
• Data storage capacity is standard 100,000, if you need a larger capacity can be customized, pay attention to regularly export data to prevent overwriting.
• When selecting a high temperature sampling handle, make sure it is suitable for the flue gas temperature to be measured, and higher temperature detection needs to be customized in advance.
• The instrument has a variety of alarm methods, please set it reasonably according to the actual use environment, and ensure that the alarm function is turned on.
