Overview
The YIHENG Thermostatic Incubator is a laboratory device for thermostatic fostering. It uses a fuzzy PID controller for precise temperature control and a forced convection air duct system to improve temperature Response speed and uniformity. The cabinet is designed with an inner glass door for easy observation and automatic control of circulation and heating. The liner is made of mirrored stainless steel and is heated by an electric heating film for fast and uniform heating.
Features
1. Adopt a fuzzy PID controller for accurate temperature control, small fluctuations, and a timing function (maximum setting of 99 hours and 59 minutes).

6. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, overheating will automatically interrupt and sound and light alarm to ensure safety.
7. Optional multi-stage programmable controller, which can set parameters such as temperature, wind speed, time and heating rate to realize layer heating and automatic operation. Up to 7 sets of 63-step programs can be preset.
8. Optional ultraviolet sterilization system, regularly disinfect the air in the box to prevent foster pollution.
9. Optional printer or RS485 interface can be used to connect external devices to record temperature data.
Principle
The equipment heats the mirrored stainless steel liner through an electric heating film. The Heating power is precisely adjusted by a fuzzy PID controller to maintain the set temperature. Forced convection air duct system drives air circulation to ensure uniform temperature in the box. When the temperature reaches a thermostatic state, the circulating fan speed is automatically reduced to a wind speed suitable for cell growth. When the box door is opened, the breeze circulation and heating functions are automatically suspended to prevent temperature disturbances and safety risks.

Steps
Connect the AC 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 65 ° C) and time (optional, up to 99 hours and 59 minutes) through the controller.
3. If the multi-stage programming function is selected, the temperature layer, wind speed, time and other parameters can be further set and the program can be started.
4. Put the sample on the shelf and close the door.
5. The equipment starts to work, and the internal situation can be observed through the Glass door.
6. After running, remove the sample and turn off the power.
Notice
• The power supply of the device is AC 220V 50Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• When the box door is opened, the circulation and heating will automatically stop, and the function will be restored after closing the door.
• Avoid opening the box door for a long time when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the temperature control accuracy and sample.
• Pay attention to the equipment Temperature Fluctuation （ +/- 0.5 ℃) and uniformity (+/- 1.5 ℃) parameters to ensure that the experimental requirements are met.
• If the alarm function is optional, please pay attention to the sound and light prompts when the temperature is over or abnormal.
• If UV sterilization function is optional, please operate when no one touches the contents of the box and follow relevant safety regulations.
