Overview
YIHENG electric thermostatic incubator is a thermostatic device using mirror stainless steel liner and electric heating film heating method. It achieves precise temperature control through fuzzy PID controller, and is equipped with forced convection air duct system to improve temperature Response speed and uniformity. It is suitable for all kinds of fostering and experiments requiring constant temperature environment.

Principle
The incubator heats the chamber through an electric heating membrane, and the heating power is precisely adjusted by a fuzzy PID controller to maintain the set temperature. The built-in forced convection fan circulates the air in the chamber to ensure uniform temperature; when the thermostatic state is reached, the fan speed is automatically reduced to a wind speed suitable for cell growth. When the chamber door is opened, the system automatically pauses heating and circulation to maintain stability and prevent temperature overshoot.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature and time parameters through the controller.
3. (If a multi-stage programmer is optional) can further set the multi-stage temperature, wind speed, time and heating rate programs.
4. Start the device, and the incubator starts heating and running the forced convection air duct.
5. Glass door to observe the situation inside the box, if necessary, put in or take out the sample.
6. After the operation is completed, the device will stop or enter the standby state according to the set program.
Notice
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open the box door for a long time, so as not to affect the temperature control accuracy and cause temperature overshoot.
• If the alarm function is optional, please pay attention to the sound and light alarm prompt of overtemperature or abnormal temperature, and deal with it in time.
• When conducting sensitive experiments such as cell foster, it is recommended to use the automatic speed regulation function of the fan to avoid sample volatilization due to excessive wind speed.
• If a UV sterilization system is optional, please run the sterilization program regularly when no one is operating and there are no samples in the box.
• When cleaning the liner, use a soft fabric to avoid scratching the mirror stainless steel surface.
