The PosiTector 200 C1 is an ultrasonic Coating thickness gauge from the Defelsko brand, designed for Non-metallic substrates. The instrument uses proven ultrasonic technology for nondestructive measurement of Coating thickness in wood, concrete, plastics and other materials. The advanced model can measure up to 3 layers of coating systems.

Principle
The product uses the ultrasonic Measurement principle to transmit and receive ultrasonic signals through the Response Sensor for nondestructive measurement of the thickness of coatings on Non-metallic substrates. Proven ultrasonic technology accurately detects the interface between coatings and substrates.

Steps
1. Prepare for measurement, most applications without calibrating
2. Operate with enhanced one-handed menu navigation
3. Acquire measurement readings via Response Sensor
4. View the measurement data displayed in the statistical mode
5. Connect the computer through the USB port for data transfer
