Overview
The US Defelsko PRB200D Ultrasonic Coating thickness gauge Probe is a companion Probe of the PosiTector200D Ultrasonic Coating thickness gauge for the measurement of thick and soft coatings such as polyurea, asphalt neoprene and other very thick polymer thickness measurement. The measurement thickness range of the Probe is 50~ 7600 μm, with an accuracy of +/- (2 μm + 3%).

Principle
PRB200D Probe based on the ultrasonic Measurement principle, by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals to detect the thickness of the coating, suitable for thick and soft coating materials.

Steps
1. Connect PRB200D Probe to PosiTector200D Ultrasonic Coating thickness gauge
2. Place the Probe on the surface of the coating to be tested
3. Start the device for measurement
4. Read and record thickness data

• Ensure Probe is in full contact with the coating surface for accurate measurement
• Avoid use in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments
• Regularly calibrate Probes to maintain accuracy
• Only for specified coating types, not for incompatible materials
