Principle

The Viscometer swirls/spins the sample by driving a specific size blade, measuring the force required to achieve a specific Rotation speed (through weight adjustment), and directly converts this force value through an internal microcomputer system and displays it as a KU value common in the paint industry.

Steps

1. Prepare the sample and place it in a container of the specified size. 2. Install the blades and immerse them in the sample to the specified depth. 3. Adjust the drive weight by adding weight. 4. Start the instrument so that the blade swirls/spins in the sample. 5. The instrument automatically measures and directly displays the KU value of the sample.
