Overview
BOZHEN GHP-9050 Water-Jacketed incubator is a device specially designed for biological foster and scientific research experiments, using Water-jacketed Heating mode and microcomputer control technology, suitable for Universities & colleges, biology, agriculture, food, quarantine, scientific research and other departments for bacterial savings, biological foster and life science research.
Features
1. Digital display microcomputer controller with timing function, with sound and light alarm function, automatic alarm when the temperature in the box exceeds the set value or the water level of the water jacket is abnormal, and stop heating when the water level is low.
2. Water-jacketed Heating mode, double door structure, motor control switch, automatically stop breeze circulation and heating when the inner Glass door is opened to prevent temperature overshoot.
3. Stainless steel studio, Temperature uniformity is good, can keep thermostatic for a long time after power failure.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, automatic interruption when overheating to ensure experimental safety.
Principle
The incubator uses Water-jacketed Heating mode, which precisely adjusts the temperature through a microcomputer controller, leveraging the thermal insulation properties of the water jacket to achieve uniform heating and thermostatic control. When the inner Glass door is opened, the system automatically stops cycling and heating to avoid temperature fluctuations.
Applications
Universities & colleges, biology, agriculture, food, quarantine, scientific research departments
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Check the water level of the water jacket to ensure that it is within the normal range.
3. Start the device, and the microcomputer controller automatically adjusts the temperature.
4. During the experiment, deal with any alarms promptly.
5. After the experiment is over, turn off the power.
Notice
• Make sure the water level of the water jacket is normal before use to avoid low water level causing heating to stop.
When opening the door, pay attention to the system automatically stopping heating and circulation to prevent temperature overshoot.
• Regularly check the operating status of equipment to ensure safety.
• Immediately handle the over-temperature alarm to prevent the experiment from failing.
