Principle
CCT coating rod is a formed coating rod, which is scraped on the surface of the substrate through its precision stainless steel rod body, and uses the gap set on the rod body (corresponding to the specific wet film thickness) to control the thickness of the Spreader liquid, so as to achieve accurate measurement film at the laboratory level.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be Spreader flat.
2. Take an appropriate amount of Spreader liquid and place it at one end of the sample.
3. Hold both ends of the coating rod and scrape the coating rod from one end of the liquid to the other at constant speed and pressure.
4. Spreader, clean the coating rod in time.
