Overview
RONGHUA INSTRUMENT SX2-2.5-12 box type resistance furnace has a maximum operating temperature of 1200 ° C. It is suitable for laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions for elemental analysis and determination, as well as quenching, annealing and tempering heating of small steel parts. The resistance furnace is equipped with a temperature controller and a temperature measuring thermocouple, which can realize temperature indication, regulation and control.
Features
1. Operating temperature up to 1200 ℃.
2. Provide a temperature controller and a temperature measuring thermocouple to achieve temperature indication and adjustment.
3. Suitable for elemental analysis and determination and various heat treatment processes for small steel parts.
Principle
The box type resistance furnace converts electrical energy into heat energy and uses the electric heating elements in the furnace to heat the inside of the furnace. The matching temperature controller detects the temperature in the furnace through Thermocouple and adjusts the input Power according to the set value, so as to achieve accurate temperature control.
Applications
Laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions for elemental analysis and determination, small steel quenching, annealing, tempering heating
Steps
1. Place the resistance furnace in a stable and well ventilated position and connect the 220V single-phase power supply.
2. Open the furnace door, put the workpiece to be processed into the furnace, be careful not to exceed the furnace size (200 * 120 * 80mm).
3. Close the furnace door.
4. Set the required Operating temperature through the matching temperature controller.
5. Start the resistance furnace and start heating.
6. During the heating process, the real-time temperature can be observed through the temperature controller.
7. After reaching the set temperature and completing the process, turn off the power supply.
8. After the furnace temperature is naturally cooled down to a safe temperature, the furnace door can be opened to remove the workpiece.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Power supply voltage needs to match with Rated voltage (220V).
• When placing the workpiece, it should not exceed the furnace size (200 * 120 * 80mm), and the workpiece and the electric heating element should be kept at an appropriate distance.
• The furnace body is strictly prohibited from being touched at high temperature to prevent burns.
• During the heating process and just after the heating, the temperature in the furnace is extremely high, and it is forbidden to open the furnace door to prevent heat waves from burning or damaging the furnace.
• After the work is completed, you must wait for the furnace temperature to drop sufficiently to the safe range before opening the furnace door and removing the workpiece.
Equipment should be operated and maintained by personnel with the appropriate knowledge.
• Pay attention to electricity safety and regularly check power cords and electrical parts.
