Principle
The biochemistry cultivating box precisely adjusts the temperature through ALLSENS ™ microcomputer PID control technology, and uses the ALLCOLD ™ equilibrate refrigeration and heating system to maintain a stable environment. ALLFLOW ™ forced convection of the air circulation system to ensure uniform and fast recovery of the temperature in the cavity. The original imported PT100 temperature transducer monitors the temperature change in real time, and cooperates with the adaptive PID program to prevent temperature overshoot and realize continuous static thermofoster.
Applications
Environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture and livestock, aquatic products, scientific research departments
Standards
National standard, Australian AS3350, US FDA, EN, ICH, cGMP, ICH, 380, 95, Q1A, Q1B, European Union CE safety certification, German DIN 12880 Class 3.1
Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC 220V/50Hz, ensure the working Ambient Temperature 10~ 30 ℃, humidity < 70% RH.
2. Open the outer door and adjust the spacing and number of movable mesh Shelves as needed.
3. Select the Chinese or English interface through the LCD display, and set parameters such as temperature (RT + 0~ 60 ° C) and Timer Range (0~ 99 hours or 0~ 9999 minutes).
4. Start the equipment, ALLSENS ™ control system automatically runs, monitoring temperature, wind speed and operating status.
5. Use the RS485 interface to connect multiple devices (up to 16) for real-time monitoring, and optional software remote control.
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment and clean the liner and Shelf.
Notice
• Power frequency is AC 220V/50Hz to avoid use in inconsistent environments.
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 10~ 30 ℃ and humidity below 70% RH.
• Regularly check the automatic defrosting function to prevent the evaporator from frosting and affecting the operation.
• Use the original imported refrigerant and do not replace it without authorization.
• Pay attention to multiple over-temperature protection alarms during operation and deal with abnormalities in a timely manner.
• Use gentle cleaning methods to avoid damage to the liner and Shelf.
• Refer to the location of electrical control components during maintenance to ensure safe power failure.
• Follow ergonomic design to avoid damage caused by improper operation.
