LEEB leeb260 Coating thickness gauge is a High Accuracy measuring instrument that can quickly, non-destructive and precise coating and platings Film thickness measurement. It can be used in both laboratories and engineering sites. It can meet a variety of measurement needs by applying different probes. It is widely used in manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other inspection fields.
Features

Steps
1. Select the measurement method: continuous measurement method or single measurement method;
2. Select the working mode: direct mode or group mode;
3. Instrument calibrating: basic zero calibration or use five test pieces to calibrate;
4. Start measurement, the instrument will issue a beep prompt;
5. View statistical results: Average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Number of Tests, Standard Deviation;
6. Storage or deletion of measurement data;
7. Set the measurement limit, exceed the limit automatic alarm;
8. Select manual shutdown or wait for automatic shutdown after use.

• The relative humidity range is 20~ 90% RH;
The minimum measurement surface is 7 mm.
The minimum radius of curvature is convex 1.5mm and concave 9mm.
• The thinnest substrate is 0.5mm.
