Overview
LICHEN SX2 - 2.5-12 LT ceramic fiber box type resistance furnace shell is welded with high quality Cold rolled steel plate, and the furnace door is a side open structure. The furnace is made of ceramic fiber material, and the internal insulation is made of aluminum silicate fiber cotton, which has the characteristics of large heat storage, fast heating and low energy consumption. The product is suitable for elemental analysis and determination in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, R & D institutions, and heat treatment of small steel parts and Miscellaneous metals.

Principle
The resistance furnace generates electricity through high-temperature resistance wire, which converts electrical energy into heat energy. Heat is transferred to the studio through resistance wire embedded in the inner wall of the ceramic fiber furnace to heat the internal materials. Heating power is precisely adjusted by PID intelligent controller to achieve fast and uniform heating and precise temperature control.

Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable and well-ventilated workbench and connect it to a power supply that meets the specifications.
2, open the furnace door, the sample to be processed into the furnace working area, note that the sample should not contact the heating element.
3. Close the furnace door and set the required temperature and program (if it is a programmed temperature control model) through the LCD liquid crystal display and controller.
4, start heating, the equipment will run according to the set parameters, PID controller automatically adjust the heating process.
5. After the heating process, the furnace temperature is naturally cooled down to a safe temperature before opening the furnace door to take out the sample.
6. After use, turn off the power.
Notice
Equipment must be reliably grounded and installed and operated by professionals.
• When the furnace body is working and just after the work, the surface temperature is high, do not touch it to prevent burns.
• When putting in or taking out the sample, please be sure to disconnect the heating power first or ensure that the automatic power failure function of the furnace door is opened normally.
• Samples must not come into direct contact with the heating element on the inner wall of the furnace, and ensure that they work within the recommended Temperature range.
• Do not heat flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive gases in the furnace.
Equipment should be placed in a drying, ventilated, non-corrosion gas environment.
• Regularly check whether the electrical connection part is firm and whether the furnace door sealing is good.
• When not in use for a long time, please cut off the power supply and keep the equipment clean and drying.
