Overview
LICHEN SX2 - 2.5-12 LTP ceramic fiber box type resistance furnace shell is welded with high-quality Cold rolled steel plate, and the furnace door is a side open structure. The interior is insulated by aluminum silicate fiber cotton, which has large heat storage capacity, fast heating and low energy consumption. Principle
The resistance furnace is heated by electric energy driving the high-temperature resistance wire, and the heat is transferred to the studio through the resistance wire embedded in the inner wall of the ceramic fiber furnace. Using the PID intelligent temperature control system, the temperature in the furnace is monitored in real time through the temperature sensor, and compared and calculated with the set value, and the Heating power is automatically adjusted to achieve accurate temperature control.
