Overview
HZAOC GDJS-250A high and low temperature alternating damping heat test chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as the adaptability test of storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, and the observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in special heating wire to prevent frost and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, and the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, which has both high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation efficiency.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. The humidification system adopts the steam boiler electric heating humidification method, and is equipped with water level control and anti-dry burning device.
6. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller, equipped with PT100 Temperature Sensor, solid state relay zero-crossing trigger to improve control accuracy.
7. Safety protection measures include phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, phase voltage uneven protection, fan overload protection, over-temperature power failure protection, leakage protection, etc.
8. Equipped with independent over-temperature protectors and interlocking devices to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Principle
The test chamber realizes the circulation mode of upper air supply and lower air return through the evaporator, electric heater, humidifier, fan and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet, and adjusts the temperature and humidity in the working room. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, real-time monitoring and feedback data, and the control system precisely controls the heating and humidification output through PID algorithm and solid state relay to simulate different environmental conditions.
Applications
Electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials moisture resistance test, high and low temperature environment storage adaptability test, transportation adaptability test, use adaptability test
Standards
GB/T2423.3-2001、GB/T5170.5-96、GB/T10586-89
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC380V.
2. Start the device through the power button on the operation panel.
3. Use the LCD Touchscreen to set the desired temperature range (-20~ 150 ° C) and humidity range (30~ 98% R. H).
4. Start the circulating fan to ensure that the heating and humidification systems start normally.
5. Place the sample in the studio, close the door and ensure sealing.
6. Monitor temperature and humidity fluctuations and uniformity until the test is completed.
7. After the test, turn off the heating and humidification system, and then turn off the power.
Notice
• Power frequency meets AC380V requirements to avoid phase loss or phase sequence errors.
• Check whether the fan is normal before starting to prevent overload from causing the heating and humidification system to fail to start.
• When using the test hole, make sure that the stopper sealing is good to maintain the insulation performance.
• Regularly check the water level control and anti-dry burning device to prevent damage to the heater.
• Pay attention to the status of the over-temperature protector during operation to ensure the safety of the equipment when the main controller fails.
• Avoid running in high temperature or high humidity environment for a long time to prevent equipment overheating or leakage.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to ensure safety.
