Overview
HZAOC GDJS-250B high and low temperature alternating damping heat test chamber is suitable for investigating the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, and can be used for storage, transportation and adaptability tests in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, the size is 250 × 260mm, and the built-in special heating wire is frost-proof and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole with silicone rubber stopper, which has both high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. The humidification system adopts steam boiler electric heating method, and is equipped with water level control and anti-dry burning device.
7. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen temperature and humidity controller, equipped with multiple safety protection measures.
Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature and humidity control through evaporators, electric heaters, humidifiers and fans in the air-conditioning cabinet. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the air is circulated by the way of upper air supply and lower air return. The heating system is controlled by a solid-state relay PID signal, and the humidification system is controlled by a touch-point periodic pulse width adjustment SSR to ensure accurate and stable temperature and humidity.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC380V.
2. Start the power supply and lighting through the operation panel.
3. Set the temperature and humidity parameters: Temperature range -30~ 150 ℃, Humidity Control Range 30~ 98% R.H.
4. Start the circulating fan to ensure that the heating and humidification systems start normally.
5. Place the sample in the studio and close the door.
6. Monitor temperature and humidity fluctuations and uniformity to ensure compliance with requirements.
7. After the test is completed, shut down the system and remove the specimen.
Notice
• Power frequency is AC380V to avoid phase loss or phase sequence errors.
• When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the heating and humidification system cannot be started.
• Check whether the over-temperature protector and safety protection device are normal before use.
• Avoid heater dry burning and pay attention to water level control.
• The observation window heating wire and lighting are for observation only, do not look directly at it for a long time.
• The test hole stopper needs to be well sealed to maintain thermal insulation efficiency.
