Overview
HZAOC GDJS-100D high and low temperature alternating damping heat test chamber is suitable for inspecting the moisture resistance of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and materials under different temperature and humidity conditions, as well as the adaptability test of storage, transportation and use in high and low temperature environments.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material, the observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, and the built-in special heating wire is frost-proof and lighting.
3. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation.
4. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
5. The humidification system adopts steam boiler electric heating and humidification method, armored electric heating tube, with water level control and anti-dry burning device.
6. The control system adopts LCD Touchscreen Temperature and Humidity Controller, PT100 Temperature Sensor, Solid State Relay Zero Trigger to improve control accuracy.
7. Safety protection measures include phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, phase voltage uneven protection, fan overload protection, over-temperature power failure protection, leakage protection, etc.
8. Equipped with independent over-temperature protectors and interlocking devices to ensure the safety of equipment and samples.
Principle
The test chamber adjusts the temperature and humidity in the working room through the evaporator, electric heater, humidifier, fan and other equipment in the air conditioning cabinet. The temperature transducer is placed in a trend, and the control system precisely controls the heating and humidification through PID signals and solid state relays to achieve a stable temperature and humidity environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC380V.
2. Open the door of the test chamber and put the test sample into the studio.
3. Close the door and make sure the double-decked silicone rubber is well sealed.
4. Set the required temperature and humidity parameters through the operation panel, Temperature range -60~ 150 ℃, Humidity Control Range 30~ 98% R.H.
5. Start-up control system, including circulating fan, heating and humidification system.
6. Monitor temperature and humidity fluctuations and uniformity to ensure compliance with requirements.
7. After the test is completed, shut down the system and remove the sample.
Notice
• Power frequency check meets AC380V requirement before operation.
• Make sure the circulating fan starts normally, otherwise the heating and humidification system will not work.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as over-temperature protectors, to prevent equipment failure.
• Pay attention to water level control during the use of the humidification system to avoid dry burning of the heater.
• The test hole stopper needs to be well sealed to maintain thermal insulation efficiency.
• The observation window heating wire and lighting are only used when needed to avoid long-term opening.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to ensure safety.
