Principle
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber realizes temperature control through heating and cooling system. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which is controlled by solid-state relay through controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal output by the instrument; the refrigeration system adopts shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The control system adopts continuous PID control mode, which monitors the trend temperature through temperature transducer, and realizes the air supply mode of upper air supply and lower air return to ensure temperature uniformity and stability.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and lighting operation buttons.
2. Select the operation mode (fixed value or program operation) on the LCD Touchscreen controller.
3. Set temperature parameters and programs, and write program names for easy inquiry.
4. Invoke pre-stored process Linear dispersion or set up a new program.
5. Start the device and monitor real-time display data such as set temperature, measured temperature, etc.
6. After running, check the equipment status and turn off the power.
Notice
• Ensure that the circulating fan starts normally when the equipment is running, otherwise the refrigeration unit and heating system will not work.
• Regularly check safety protection devices, such as over-temperature protectors, high voltage controls, etc., to ensure normal function.
• To avoid forced operation when the equipment fails, find the cause according to the fault number and repair it in time.
• When using the test hole, make sure the stopper sealing is good to prevent temperature leakage.
• After the device is powered off, terminate or run continuously from the breakpoint according to the setting selection procedure.
