Overview
YS4580 High Accuracy Colorimeter adopts 45/0 geometrical optics structure, conforms to CIE No.15 standard, and accurately measures sample reflectance and chroma data through concave grating spectroscopy. Equipped with a large measurement diameter of φ 20mm and a separate UV Illuminant, it is suitable for accurate Color measurement and quality control in industries such as traffic signs, plastic electronics, paints inks, Spinning & weaving clothing printing and dyeing, printing, Pottery and porcelain. The instrument has built-in GB 2893 and GB/T 18833 standard colors, which can be customized to achieve one-click measurement of luminance factor and chromaticity coordinates.

Principle
Under the 45/0 geometrical optics illumination conditions recommended by CIE, the instrument accurately measures the reflectance data of samples or fluorescent samples through concave grating spectroscopy. Using a combined LED Illuminant and a 256-pixel dual-array CMOS detector, various color difference formulas and Color indices are measured and expressed in multiple Color Spaces to achieve accurate Color transfer and quality control.

Steps
1. Connect the computer and use high-end Color Management software to achieve function expansion
2. Select the measurement mode: single measurement or average measurement (2~ 99 times)
3. Realize the luminance factor and chromaticity coordinate measurement of traffic signs, markings and reflective films with one click
4. Manually customize the polygon rectangle tolerance
5. Data transfer and storage via USB or Bluetooth

• For uneven or granular samples with stripes, ensure that the instrument is placed stably
