Overview
The YS4510 grating Colorimeter adopts a 45/0 geometrical optics structure and conforms to the CIE No. 15 standard. It accurately measures sample reflectance and chroma data through concave grating spectroscopy. Users can customize the diameter of φ 8, φ 4 or φ 2mm measurement according to their needs. It is suitable for Color measurement and quality control in the industries of traffic signs, plastic electronics, paints inks, Spinning & weaving clothing printing and dyeing, printing, Pottery and porcelain. The instrument can accurately transfer Color, and is used as a color scheme system inspection equipment. It is equipped with high-end Color management software to connect to a computer.

Principle
Under the illumination condition of 45/0 geometrical optics suggested by CIE, the instrument can accurately measure the reflectance data of samples or fluorescent samples through concave grating spectroscopy. It can measure and express various color difference formulas and Color indices in various Color spaces, so as to realize the accurate transmission of Color and the detection of color scheme system.

Steps
1. Connect the computer and use Color Management Software for function expansion
2. Select a single measurement diameter (φ 8, φ 4 or φ 2mm) according to the sample requirements
3. Single measurement or average measurement (2 to 99 times)
4. View Light spectrum, sample chromatic value, color difference value and other display modes
5. Store test data, the instrument can store 500 master standards and 20,000 samples

- Operating environment: 0~ 40 ℃, 0~ 85% RH (no condensation), altitude below 2000m
- Storage environment: -20~ 50 ℃, 0~ 85% RH (no condensation)
- Measurement time of about 1.5 seconds to ensure sample stability
- Use the combined LED Illuminant, note that the Illuminant life is 5 years and greater than 3 million measurements
- The battery is a lithium battery, with 5000 measurements within 8 hours of life, which needs to be used reasonably
