Overview
The YS4510 universal Colorimeter adopts a 45/0 geometrical optics structure and conforms to the CIE No. 15 standard. It accurately measures sample reflectance and chroma data through concave grating spectroscopy. Users can customize the diameter of φ 8, φ 4 or φ 2mm measurement according to their needs. It is suitable for Color measurement and quality control in traffic signs, plastic electronics, paints inks, Spinning & weaving garment printing, printing, ceramics and other industries. The instrument can accurately transfer Color, which is used as a color scheme system inspection equipment, and is equipped with high-end Color management software to achieve functional expansion.

Principle
Under the 45/0 geometrical optics illumination conditions recommended by CIE, the instrument accurately measures the reflectance data of samples or fluorescent samples through concave grating spectroscopy. Color difference formulas and Color indices can be accurately measured and expressed in various Color spaces to achieve accurate Color transfer and quality control.

Steps
1. Connect the computer and start the high-end Color Management software
2. Select the measurement diameter (φ 2/4/8 mm) according to the sample requirements
3. Measurement parameters, such as viewing angle, Illuminant mode, etc
4. Perform a single or average measurement (2 to 99 times)
5. View Light spectrum, chromatic value, color difference results and other data
6. Store test data (up to 20,000 items)
Notice
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be between 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity 0~ 85% and no condensation
• Storage Ambient Temperature should be between -20~ 50 ℃, relative humidity 0~ 85% and no condensation
• The altitude should be less than 2000m
• Battery life, lithium battery can support 5000 measurements within 8 hours
• Illuminant life is 5 years greater than 3 million measurements, pay attention to regular maintenance
• Avoid strong light interference during measurement to ensure that the surface of the sample is clean
Store data in time after use to avoid loss
