LANYU 18G Homogenizer is available with optional dispersion head, Stir amount is 50-1500ml, Stir viscosity is 2000mPa.s, made of 316L stainless steel.

Principle
The dispersion head generates shear force through the high-speed swirl/spin of the rotor, and cooperates with the stator structure to achieve efficient homogeneous dispersion of the material. The maximum linear velocity of the rotor can reach 15m/s, which can complete the uniform processing of materials in the range of 50-1500ml under different immersion depths.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate container according to the processing capacity
2. Adjust the immersion depth of the dispersion head to within the range of 45-160mm
3. Start the device and gradually adjust the speed
4. Turn off the power after homogenization is completed
5. Cleaning and maintenance head

• Make sure the immersion depth is within the range of 45-160mm before use
• Processing viscosity shall not exceed 2000CP
• The operating temperature should not exceed 120 ° C
• Regularly check bushing and rotor abrasion
• Clean in time after use to prevent material residue
• Avoid idling to prolong equipment life
