Principle
The LANYU 30G Homogenizer generates shear force through a high-speed swirl/spin rotor, combined with the stator structure, to achieve uniform mixing and dispersion of materials, suitable for the treatment of high viscosity liquids.

Steps
1. Check the integrity of the equipment to ensure that the working head is firmly installed.
2. Set the Stir parameter according to the processing capacity, and adjust the immersion liquid height between 60-170mm;
3. Start the equipment, monitor the operating status, and ensure that the viscosity does not exceed 6000CP;
4. After the operation is completed, clean the working head in time to avoid material residue.
