Overview
The HZLB LRG-800-LED Artificial climate box (LED Illuminant) is an 800L microcomputer program control device that accurately simulates day and night temperature, Humidity changes and provides stable light. It uses an overhead LED plane Illuminant and a mirror stainless steel liner, which is suitable for experiments and studies that require precise environment control such as plant growth and seed germination.

2. 30-stage programs can be set, each lasting 1-99 hours (optional), to meet the requirements of different growth stages.
3. Adopt brand Compressor and R134a refrigerant to ensure long-term continuous, efficient and low energy consumption operation.
4. With anti-fog observation window and door lock, mirror stainless steel liner four corners and half arc transition, Shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean.
5. Using overhead LED cold Illuminant, the beam of light does not produce heat, extracting Light spectrum that is conducive to plant growth, Illuminant board size 420 * 480mm, Color temperature 4000K, 675 lamp beads per board.
6. LED Illuminant miniaturization, planarization, strong designability, can achieve random arrangement of point formation and free combination of multi-color light.
7. LED Illuminant energy consumption is about 80% lower than that of ordinary Illuminant. Combined with foam insulation technology, the energy consumption and cost of the whole machine are reduced, the accident rate is low, and the warranty-free period is extended to two years.
8. LED Illuminants have a lifespan of more than 50,000 hours, high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and a service life of more than 16 times that of ordinary Illuminants (3000 hours).

10. The light box can be easily replaced and can be used as a separate Illuminant board. When the temperature required for the foster is consistent with the Ambient Temperature, the temperature control can be turned off to achieve a dual-use box.

16. It can be equipped with a CO2 inlet and an imported infrared CO2 controller to promote plant growth.

Principle
The Artificial climate box precisely sets and automatically adjusts the temperature, Humidity and light in the box through a microcomputer program controller. The refrigeration system is powered by a brand-name Compressor and environmentally friendly refrigerant for fast and stable temperature control. The humidification system maintains the set Humidity range. The overhead LED point array Illuminant provides uniform, stable and efficient light, and its Light spectrum is optimized for plant growth. The horizontal circulating air system ensures uniform environment parameters in all areas of the box, thus creating a stable and controlled growth environment for the fosters.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable place with < 85% Humidity, No corrosion gas, Ambient Temperature RT + 0~ 30 ℃, and connect the AC 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door and install or adjust the adjustable shelf height as needed.
3. Through the microcomputer control panel, the required parameters such as temperature (0~ 50 ° C), Humidity (50~ 95% RH), and light intensity (0~ 5000~ 30000LX) can be set, and multi-stage programs can be programmed.
4. Put the foster in the box and close the locked box door.
5. Start the equipment and monitor the internal situation through the observation window.
6. During or after the experiment, data can be downloaded from a USB flash drive or connected to a computer monitoring record through the optional RS485 interface.
7. After use, removable Shelf bracket, mirror stainless steel liner for cleaning.
Notice
• Equipment should work in Ambient Temperature RT + 0~ 30 ℃, Humidity < 85% and no corrosion gas environment.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
• Do not switch the Compressor on and off frequently to ensure its Reliability for long-term continuous operation.
• When cleaning the liner, pay attention to the cleaning of the four corners and a half arc transition, and be careful when loading and unloading the Shelf bracket.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system is selected, please ensure that its function is normal to ensure safety.
• When only using the lighting function, the temperature control switch can be turned off, and the light box can be used as a separate Illuminant board.
• There is noise when the equipment is running (≤ 70dB), please place it in a suitable location.
• Optional functions (such as multi-program time, temperature limit alarm, Interface, CO2 control, different layers of Color Illuminant) need to confirm the configuration at the time of purchase.
