Overview
SXL-1008 programmable box heater is a multi-functional high temperature heating equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges, laboratories, R & D institutions. It is suitable for elemental analysis and determination, heat treatment such as quenching, annealing and tempering of small steel parts, and high temperature heating applications such as sintering, dissolving and analysis of metals and ceramics.

Principle
The heater precisely controls the heating process through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller. The user can set the target temperature or set the complex temperature Linear dispersion through thirty segments of programming, and the controller adjusts the Power output of the iron chrome aluminum high resistance wire heating element according to the set value, so that the temperature in the furnace reaches and stabilizes within the required range. The safe switch of the furnace door is linked to the power supply to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature or program the temperature through the microcomputer thermostat Linear dispersion.
3. Put the sample to be processed into the furnace (size: 200 * 300 * 120mm).
4. Close the furnace door, and the heating system automatically powers on to start heating up.
5. Monitor the dual digital display to observe the real-time temperature and the set temperature.
6. After the heating procedure is completed, open the furnace door (automatically cut off the heating power) and remove the sample.
7. Optional printer to record data or connect to the host computer through the Communication interface.
Notice
• When the furnace door is opened, the heating power is automatically cut off, but the surface of the furnace and the furnace door may still be high temperature, do not touch directly, pay attention to protection.
• Do not use more than the maximum temperature of the device (1000 ° C).
• When placing the sample, make sure not to exceed the furnace volume and avoid direct contact with the heating element.
Equipment should be placed in a ventilated, drying, flammable and explosive-free environment.
Regularly check whether the power cord and equipment are properly grounded.
• Furnace material (refractory brick or ceramic fiber) can be selected according to the actual heating speed, uniformity and energy saving needs.
• Optional functions (such as printer, Communication interface, SMS alarm) need to be clear when booking.
• Before cleaning, make sure the equipment is completely powered off and chilled down.
