Overview
JINGHONG SXL-1008T programmable box heater is a high temperature heating equipment for laboratories and industries using microcomputer intelligent temperature control. It is suitable for elemental analysis and determination in industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges, laboratories and R & D institutions, heat treatment such as quenching, annealing and tempering of small steel parts, and high temperature heating operations such as sintering, dissolving and analyzing metals and ceramics.
Features
1. Adopt microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, easy to operate, accurate and reliable temperature control, with dual digital display of set temperature and measured temperature.

Principle
The heater receives the temperature program set by the user through the microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, controls the working Power of the iron-chrome-aluminum high-resistance wire heating element in the furnace, and heats the ceramic fiber furnace. Thirty-segment programmable controller allows users to preset complex heating, heat preservation and cooling Linear dispersion to realize automated heat treatment process. The safety interlock device of the furnace door automatically cuts off the heating power when opening the door to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set the required temperature on the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller or call the preset thirty-segment program.
3. Put the sample to be processed into the furnace.
4. Close the furnace door and the heating system will automatically power on and start working.
5. Monitor the real-time temperature and set temperature through the dual digital display interface.
6. After the program is completed, open the furnace door to remove the sample after the furnace temperature has dropped to a safe range.
7. (If optional) You can print data through the printer or connect to the host computer through the Communication interface.
Notice
• When the furnace door is opened, the heating power will be automatically cut off, but the furnace and furnace door are still in a high temperature state, please do not touch directly to prevent burns.
• The furnace door platform can temporarily place items, but do not place heavy objects for a long time or hinder the normal closing of the furnace door.
• When inserting or removing samples, use special tools and wear High Temperature Protective Gloves.
• When the equipment is working, please ensure that the surrounding is well ventilated and free of flammable and explosive materials.
• Do not open the furnace door or perform internal operations while the program is running or the furnace temperature has not completely dropped.
Regularly check whether the power cord and equipment are well grounded to ensure the safety of electricity use.
• Users can choose refractory brick or ceramic fiber furnace according to their needs, the latter has the characteristics of fast heating and energy saving.
