HZAOC GDW-800A low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components.
Features
1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation layer is made of ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in heating wire to prevent frost and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with a test hole with a silicone rubber plug, which has both thermal insulation efficiency.
5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor, and the key components are imported brand products from many countries, using R404A refrigerant.
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor for accurate and stable control.
8. Safety protection system with multiple, including phase loss, over-temperature, overload, leakage and other protection, and with independent over-temperature protector.
9. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature sensor is placed in a trend.
Principle
The test chamber is heated by the electric heater in the air-conditioning cabinet and cooled by the French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system to achieve the set high and low temperature environment. The temperature is PID adjusted by the High Accuracy digital display temperature controller according to the feedback of the PT100 Sensor, and the output of the heater is precisely managed by controlling the solid state relay. The cooling capacity is adjusted by the shunt method. The air in the box is circulated through the fan, and the upper air supply and lower air return mode is used to ensure the uniform temperature of the studio. The system is equipped with multiple protection Safety devices to ensure reliable operation.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and no items within 80 cm around).
2. Connect the AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Perform function settings through the buttons on the operation panel, including parameters such as temperature and time.
4. Start the device and observe the operating status and whether the indicator light is normal.
5. After the test is completed, shut down the equipment according to the prescribed procedures.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ° C and 28 ° C, with an average temperature of less than or equal to 28 ° C within 24 hours.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85%.
• Must use AC380V +/- 10%/50Hz three-phase four-wire power supply.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
• Safety protection instructions when the equipment is running, if there is a fault alarm, it needs to be dealt with in time.
