Overview
SANFA electric thermostatic incubator model DNP-9052-1 is a device suitable for the storage of bacteria and biological foster in **, biological, agricultural scientific research and other departments. The device adopts microcomputer intelligent temperature control and has a variety of safety protection functions to ensure the stability and reliability of the experimental process.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, LED display setting temperature and box temperature, with parameter memory, call recovery, over-temperature protection, Sensor fault protection, leakage protection, over-current protection, sound and light alarm and timing functions.
2. The outer door has an observation window or double-decked door structure, the liner is made of mirror stainless steel, and the four-corner arc design is easy to clean.
3. The hot air circulation system composed of brand circulating fan and heating tube ensures uniform temperature in the box.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, exceeding the limit temperature automatically interrupts to ensure experimental safety.
5. Optional upgrade multi-segment LCD color display intelligent temperature control instrument, support Multi-Parameter one-screen display, menu operation, multi-segment temperature, circulating wind speed, time and heating rate setting and programming, as well as temperature layer control, automatic switch function.
6. Optional ultraviolet sterilization system, regularly disinfect the box, effectively kill floating bacteria, prevent bacterial pollution.
7. Optional RS-485 interface is available to connect to a printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The incubator precisely controls the temperature through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, and uses a hot air circulation system composed of a circulating fan and a heating tube to make the air in the box flow evenly and achieve a stable temperature environment. The optional ultraviolet sterilization system kills bacteria through ultraviolet irradiation to ensure that the fostering process is pollution-free.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set the required temperature and timing parameters through a microcomputer thermostat.
3. Place the sample on the shelf and close the box door.
4. Start the device, monitor the temperature display and alarm function.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the liner.
Notice
• Power frequency meets requirements (220V 50Hz) before use.
• Avoid over-temperature operation and pay attention to the over-temperature alarm function.
• Clean the liner regularly to maintain hygiene.
