Overview
SANFA electric thermostatic incubator DNP-9052AE is an intelligent temperature control equipment, suitable for microbial, biological, agricultural research and other departments, used for storing bacteria and biological foster. The product adopts a microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument and a hot air circulation system to ensure uniform and stable temperature in the box.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, LED display setting temperature and box temperature, with parameter memory, call recovery, over-temperature protection, Sensor fault protection, leakage protection, over-current protection, sound and light alarm and timing functions.
2. The outer door has an observation window or double-decked door structure, the liner is made of mirror stainless steel, and the four-corner arc design is easy to clean.
3. The hot air circulation system composed of brand circulating fan and heating tube ensures uniform temperature in the box.
4. Independent temperature limit alarm system, exceeding the limit temperature automatically interrupts to ensure experimental safety (optional).
5. Upgraded multi-segment LCD color display intelligent temperature controller, supports Multi-Parameter one-screen display, menu operation, multi-segment temperature, circulating wind speed, time and heating rate setting and programming, as well as temperature layer control, automatic boot, standby, shutdown functions (optional).
6. Ultraviolet sterilization system can regularly disinfect the box to effectively kill floating bacteria and prevent bacterial contamination (optional).
7. It can be equipped with RS-485 interface to connect to a printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes (optional).
8. Model "E" is an upgraded type, which supports intelligent temperature control, LCD display, optional double-decked door structure, optional RS-485 interface and temperature recording printing.
Principle
The product precisely controls the temperature through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, and uses a hot air circulation system composed of a circulating fan and a heating tube to make the air in the box flow evenly and achieve temperature stability. An optional ultraviolet sterilization system can be used to disinfect the air in the box to prevent pollution.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the required temperature, timing time and other parameters through the smart LCD screen.
3. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work to keep the temperature in the box uniform.
4. Optional functions such as UV sterilization or temperature recording can be enabled as required.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the liner.

• Avoid over-temperature operation and pay attention to the status of the independent temperature limit alarm system.
• Clean the liner regularly to maintain hygiene.
