Overview
SANFA electric thermostatic incubator model DNP-9272-1 is a device suitable for the storage of bacteria and biological foster in the **, biological, agricultural research and other departments. It adopts microcomputer intelligent temperature control technology to ensure precise temperature control and provide a variety of safety protection functions.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, LED display setting temperature and box temperature, with parameter memory, call recovery, overtemperature, Sensor failure, leakage, overcurrent protection and sound and light alarm functions, and support timing.
2. The outer door has an observation window or double-decked door structure, the liner is made of mirror stainless steel, and the four-corner arc design is easy to clean.
3. Brand circulating fan and heating tube form a hot air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the box.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, automatic interruption over temperature to ensure experimental safety.
5. Optional upgrade multi-segment LCD color display intelligent temperature control instrument, support Multi-Parameter one-screen display, menu operation, multi-segment temperature, circulating wind speed, time and heating rate setting and programming, as well as temperature layer control and automatic switch function.
6. Optional ultraviolet sterilization system, regular disinfection of the box, effectively prevent bacterial contamination.
7. Optional RS-485 interface, connected to a printer or computer to record temperature parameters.
Principle
The incubator precisely sets and displays the temperature through a microcomputer intelligent thermostat, and uses a hot air circulation system consisting of a circulating fan and heating tube to distribute the temperature evenly in the box. Optional features include an ultraviolet sterilization system to sterilize the air, and an RS-485 interface for data logging.
Applications
Biological and agricultural research
Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements (220V 50Hz).
2. Turn on the device and set the required temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (e.g. timing) through a microcomputer thermostat.
3. Place the sample on the shelf and close the door.
4. Start the device, monitor the temperature display and alarm function.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power and clean the liner.
Notice
• Check whether the Power frequency matches before use to avoid overload.
• Make sure the equipment is placed in a smoothly ventilated place to prevent overheating.
• Clean the liner regularly to maintain hygiene.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm and deal with abnormal situations in time.
• Optional functions require additional configuration and can be selected according to requirements.
• Avoid use in humid or flammable environments.
