Overview
LS220H Coating thickness gauge is a professional instrument for detecting the surface coating thickness of materials, suitable for commodity inspection, manufacturers and other scenarios. The instrument adopts magnetic measurement method and eddy current measurement method to detect the nonmagnetic coating thickness on ferromagnetic metal substrates and the nonconductive coating thickness on nonmagnetic metal substrates, and has the function of automatically identifying the substrate.
Features
1. Fast measurement, immediate test, simple and convenient operation, only 0.5s to complete a test
2. Iron-aluminum dual-use Probe, using Hall effect and eddy Current effect, can measure the nonmagnetic film thickness on magnetic metal substrates such as steel, and the nonconductive film thickness on nonmagnetic metal substrates such as copper and aluminum, and can automatically identify the measurement substrate and prompt to switch the measurement mode
3. Meet a number of national standards to ensure passing the National Measurement Institute test
4. With temperature compensation function, the test data is stable, and the accuracy is not affected by temperature
5. No need for cumbersome calibrating, just simple zero adjustment, the test is more accurate after zero adjustment
Principle
The instrument uses magnetic measurement method and eddy current measurement method to detect the coating thickness through Hall effect and eddy Current effect. The magnetic method is used for the measurement of nonmagnetic coating thickness on ferromagnetic metal substrates, and the eddy current method is used for the measurement of nonconductive coating thickness on nonmagnetic metal substrates.
Applications
Commodity inspection, manufacturer
Standards
