HZAOC GDW-100C low/high temperature test chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical and electronic products, components, parts and their materials when stored, transported and used in high and low temperature environment, as well as the temperature gradual change test. The equipment can also perform stress screening tests on electronic components.

1. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is Cold rolled steel plate sprayed, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-fine Glass thermal insulation cotton.
2. The door is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material with good sealing performance.

5. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, which has little thermal inertia, long service life, and stable and reliable control.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French "Taikang" fully enclosed Compressor unit and uses R404A refrigerant. Miscellaneous core refrigeration components are internationally renowned brands.
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller and PT100 Sensor to control accurately and smoothly.
8. Safety protection system with multiple, including independent over-temperature protector, electrical interlock device and phase loss, overvoltage, overload, leakage and other protection.
Principle
The equipment realizes temperature regulation in the working room through components such as evaporator, electric heater and fan in the air conditioning cabinet. The refrigeration system adopts Compressor refrigeration, and the heating system adopts electric heater heating. The High Accuracy temperature controller adjusts the output of refrigeration and heating through PID control algorithm according to the feedback signal of PT100 Sensor, so as to achieve accurate temperature control. The air supply method is upper air supply and lower air return to ensure uniform temperature in the box.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and 80cm space is reserved around).
2. Connect the AC380V (+/- 10%) three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Start the device through the button on the operation panel, and start the circulating fan first.
4. Set the required test temperature, time, and other parameters on the temperature controller.
5. Place the sample in the studio and close the box door.
6. The equipment starts running and automatically performs temperature control.
7. After the test is completed, remove the sample and power off the equipment.
Notice
* Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 28 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should be less than or equal to 28 ℃.
* Operating Environment Humidity ≤ 85%.
* Must ensure that the power supply is AC380V (+/- 10%)/50HZ three-phase four-wire system.
* The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
* Items cannot be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
When starting, it is necessary to confirm that the circulating fan is running normally, otherwise the refrigeration and heating system may not start.
Pay attention to the status of various protection indicators when the equipment is running, and deal with any malfunctions in time.
Regularly check the effectiveness of high and low pressure gauges and various Safety protection devices in the refrigeration system.
