Principle
The equipment heats up through the electric heater in the air conditioning cabinet and cools down through the refrigeration Compressor unit. The High Accuracy temperature controller controls the output of the heating and cooling system according to the temperature signal fed back by the PT100 Sensor, and realizes the precise control and circulation of the temperature in the working room. The refrigeration system adopts the shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity, and has a variety of Safety protection devices to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system.

Steps
1. Ensure that the equipment is placed in an environment that meets the requirements (room temperature below 28 ° C, well ventilated, and no items within 80 cm around) and connect to AC380V three-phase four-wire power supply.
2. Start the device through the button on the operation panel and check whether the function indicators are normal.
3. Set the required test temperature, time, and other parameters on the temperature controller.
4. Start the circulating fan, and after it is running normally, start the heating or cooling system to start the test.
5. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the observation window, and test holes can be used if necessary.
6. After the test is completed, stop the equipment operation according to the procedures and remove the sample.
Notice
• Equipment Operating Environment Temperature should be between 5 ℃~ + 28 ℃, Environmental humidity ≤ 85%.
• Must ensure that the power supply is AC380V (+/- 10%)/50HZ three-phase four-wire system.
• The operating environment should be below 28 degrees and well ventilated.
• No items can be placed within 80 cm of the front, rear, left and right of the equipment placement.
• When starting, it is necessary to confirm that the circulating fan is started normally before the refrigeration and heating systems can be started.
• Equipment is equipped with an independent over-temperature protector, but it is still necessary to regularly check whether all Safety protection functions are effective.
• After using the test hole, make sure that the silicone rubber stopper is plugged tightly to maintain the temperature and thermal insulation efficiency in the box.
