HZAOC GDJW-500C high and low temperature alternating test chamber is a equipment suitable for storing, transporting and using adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment. It supports temperature gradual change test and electronic components stress screening test. The box adopts an overall structure, the inner side is stainless steel plate, and the outer side is sprayed Cold rolled steel plate, which has excellent thermal insulation performance.
Features

Principle
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber realizes temperature control through heating and cooling system. The heater adopts porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heater, and the output PID signal of the instrument is controlled by solid-state relay; the refrigeration system adopts shunt method to adjust the cooling capacity. The control system adopts continuous PID control mode, which sets and monitors the temperature through the LCD Touchscreen. The air supply mode is the upper air supply and the lower air return, and the temperature transducer is placed in a trend to ensure temperature uniformity and stability.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check whether the voltage meets 380V +/- 10%.
2. Set the temperature program through the LCD Touchscreen on the controller, and select the fixed value or program operation mode.
3. Set program parameters, including temperature range, time, number of cycles, etc., and save the program.
4. Start the equipment, observe the operating status, and ensure that the fan, heating, and cooling systems are functioning properly.
5. Monitor real-time data, including temperature, running time, etc., and handle any alarms.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Power frequency is stable at 380V +/- 10% when the equipment is running.
• Regularly check the sealing material and observation window to prevent air leakage or frost from affecting the test.
• Before operation, confirm that the safety protection function is normal, such as over-temperature and overload protection.
• Avoid long-term operation under extreme conditions of high or low temperature to prevent equipment overload.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to prevent the risk of electric shock.
• Ensure that the stopper sealing is good when using the test hole to maintain the thermal insulation efficiency.
