Overview
The SX2 - 2.5-12 N integrated box type resistance furnace is a JINGQI brand periodic heater with a maximum temperature of 1200 ° C and a Temperature range of 100~ 1200 ° C. The product is designed with an integrated temperature control program and can be used in coal, power, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, R & D institutions and Universities & colleges laboratories for sintering, heating and heat treatment applications.

Principle
The resistance furnace uses the high temperature resistance wire as the heating element to generate heat to heat the workpiece in the furnace. The temperature measurement adopts K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple, which enters the real-time monitoring temperature from the back and top of the furnace body. The control system adjusts the power output based on the PID algorithm to achieve accurate temperature control, and automatically executes the heating and thermostatic process through program settings to ensure that the temperature is stable within the set range.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V and 50Hz.
2. Through the controller setting program, programmable 30-segment thermostatic Linear dispersion.
3. Start the equipment, the system automatically controls the heating process, and monitors the temperature display.
4. During operation, observe the status of the over-temperature protection device to ensure safety.
5. After the heating is completed, stop or manually turn off the power according to the program.
Notice
• Power frequency check meets 220V requirement before use.
• Make sure that the Thermocouple and the terminal are firmly connected to avoid loosening.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature protection function during operation, such as timely handling of alarms.
