Principle
The muffle furnace is heated by high temperature resistance wire, and the multi-sided heating method is used to make the temperature distribution in the furnace uniform. The control system adopts PID regulation and K-indexing nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple temperature measurement, and realizes precise temperature control through microcomputer intelligent control. Built-in 30-segment program setting function can automatically control the heating and thermostatic process.
