Principle
After the user sets the target temperature, the microcomputer control system automatically adjusts and controls the power output of the heater through the industrial PID algorithm to achieve accurate temperature control. When the temperature exceeds the set safe value, the system will trigger an alarm and automatically cut off the heating to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V).
2. Set the target temperature and working time through the control panel.
3. Start the equipment and the microcomputer system will automatically control the heating process.
4. During the working process, the real-time temperature and the set temperature can be observed through the dual-screen display.
5. After reaching the set time or completing the work, the equipment stops heating.
6. After the furnace chills down, follow-up operations.
Notice
• When the equipment is working and just stops working, the furnace is in a high temperature state, do not touch it to prevent burns.
• Power frequency is consistent with equipment requirements (220V).
• Do not use over temperature (1200 ° C).
The equipment has an over-temperature protection function, but its effectiveness still needs to be checked regularly.
• Place in a well-ventilated, drying, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Before maintenance, be sure to cut off the power and make sure the furnace is completely chilled down.
