Overview
PN-SC100/WG1 round Basis Weight Sampler is a special sampling instrument for paper and Cardboard Basis Weight measurement of standard samples. It can quickly and accurately cut samples of standard area, and is suitable for industries and departments such as papermaking, Encasement and mass supervision and inspection. PN-SC100 is stamped type, easy to operate, flexible, convenient and beautiful, suitable for scientific research and enterprises and institutions; PN-WG1 is swirl/spin type, relatively economical, suitable for sampling of short fiber thinner paper and infrequent occasions.
Features
1. Quickly and accurately cut standard area samples.
2. Provide stamped (PN-SC100) and swirl/spin (PN-WG1) models to meet different needs.
3. The stamping model is easy to operate, flexible, convenient and beautiful.
4. The swirl/spin model is economical and suitable for specific paper and infrequent occasions.
Principle
The Sampler applies force to paper or Cardboard by mechanical structure (stamping or swirling/spinning) to cut a circular specimen of a specified area for subsequent Basis Weight determination.
Applications
Papermaking, Encasement, mass supervision and inspection
Standards
GB/T 1671、QB/T 104
Steps
1. According to the characteristics of the paper to be tested (such as thickness, Fiber Length) and Frequency of use, select the appropriate model (PN-SC100 stamping type or PN-WG1 swirl/spin type).
2. Place the Sampler on a flat bench to ensure that the working environment meets the requirements (temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C, relative humidity < 85%).
3. Place the paper or Cardboard to be sampled flat on the Sampler base.
4. For PN-SC100 (stamping type), the operation handle performs stamping sampling.
5. For PN-WG1 (swirl/spin type), swirl/spin handle for cutting sampling.
6. Remove the cut standard round specimen for subsequent Basis Weight determination.
Notice
• Please select the appropriate Sampler model according to Paper thickness (0.1~ 1.0mm) and fiber characteristics.
Please confirm that the working environment meets the requirements before use: indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
• Please ensure that the material to be sampled is placed flat during operation to ensure sampling accuracy (error +/- 0.35cm ²).
• Maintain and clean the Sampler regularly to maintain its performance.
• Please pay attention to safe operation to avoid pinching of mechanical parts.
