Overview
BENTING CSX2-2.5-12 resistance furnace (refractory brick muffle furnace/box type resistance furnace) is a periodic operation heater, which can be used for chemical analysis, physical determination and general heating of small steel parts in laboratories of industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research and other units.

Principle
Adopts the microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller with over temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control. Upgraded version of sound and light alarm environment scans microcomputer chips, with strong data processing function.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply
2. Set temperature, time and other parameters through the LCD liquid crystal display
3. Start the device to start heating
4. The device runs automatically according to the set program
5. Automatic shutdown after reaching the set time
6. Manually open the door and take out the sample.

• Working Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of 5 ℃~ 40 ℃
• Sensor fault alarm, over-temperature alarm and other safety tips
• The device has a power-off recovery function, which can automatically resume operation after re-calling
• Use independent over-lift preventer and over-temperature protector to ensure safety
