DH49L Electric heated incubators of constant temperature is a laboratory equipment that uses heating plate heating mode to ensure uniform temperature distribution in the box. Principle
The incubator generates heat through the heating tube, and uses natural convection to circulate the air in the box to achieve uniform temperature distribution. Using PID Temperature Control mode, the temperature in the box is accurately monitored through the pt100 temperature sensor, and the target temperature is set by tapping the four buttons to achieve stable and accurate thermostatic control.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC 220V/50-60Hz).
2. Set the target temperature and running time (Timer Range 0-9999 minutes or hours) with the touch of four buttons on the control panel.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation, regular operation, or automatic stop).
4. Start the equipment and start the heating operation.
5. Observe the experimental state through the reinforced Glass inner door.
6. After the operation is completed, the device will automatically stop or issue a prompt according to the settings.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
* Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosion items in the box.
When taking samples, please pay attention to high temperatures to avoid burns.
* When cleaning the liner, please disconnect the power first and wipe it with a soft cloth.
* If not used for a long time, please disconnect the power supply and keep the box drying.
* During operation, do not frequently open and close the box door, so as not to affect the temperature Stability.
* If there is an abnormal situation such as over-temperature alarm, please check and troubleshoot immediately.
* The maximum load of a single shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
