Overview
IMT MT-Burst 01P Burst resistance tester (paper type) is used to detect the Burst Strength and Burst Resistance Index of paper, suitable for Cardboard, Kraft Paper, Cardboard, Corrugated, Greyboard and other papers.
Features
1. Intelligent control pressure relief system to ensure accurate control of the measurement head.
2. Fully enclosed solid-state power supply to provide stable power support.
3. All-steel chain drive structure to prevent compression deviation, improve detection stability and life.
4. Chord length 41mm three-dimensional semi-circular full-window observation window, hollow design, can watch the sample blasting process in real time.
5. Intelligent water filter system, filtrate the compressed air moisture, prevent parts rusting, extend the life of the solenoid valve and protect the circuit.
6. Fully Enclosed Fuel Regulation System, Anti-Loss and Anti-Collision, High Stability.
7. Have standard film convex height detection tools to ensure detection accuracy.
8. The wings of the fuselage are reinforced with thickened steel plates to prevent the fixture from shifting and deforming during testing.
9. Touchscreen control, Huang Zhiming system, replacement film separate program control, easy to operate.
Principle
Burst resistance tester clamps the paper sample with upper and lower clamps, applies pressure until the sample bursts, and measures its Burst Strength and index. Intelligent pressure relief system and all-steel chain drive are used to ensure the stability and accuracy of the test process, and real-time observation of the blasting process.
Applications
Cardboard, Kraft Paper, Cardboard, Corrugated Paper, Greyboard Paper
Standards
GB/T454、QB/T 1057、ISO 2758
Steps
1. Prepare the paper specimen and place it between the upper and lower clamps.
2. Set test parameters through Touchscreen.
3. Start the test, and the instrument automatically applies pressure and monitors the blasting process.
4. Observe real-time data to record Burst Strength and Index.
5. Use the thermal printer to output the results or connect to the computer software through the R232 interface.
Notice
• Ensure that the compressed air is filtered through the intelligent water filter system to prevent moisture from rusting parts.
• Regularly check the film convex height and calibrate with standard testing tools.
• Avoid impact on the instrument during testing to protect the fully enclosed structure.
• Pay attention to the concentricity of the upper and lower fixtures during operation to prevent displacement and deformation.
• Use a separate program control when changing the film to ensure easy and safe operation.
